I will always do my best to ensure webinars take place on the time and day they are scheduled for, with the topic and panel as advertised. However, life is such that last-minute changes may occur so…
If a webinar cannot take place
If the webinar cannot go ahead as planned, I will issue a full refund on the day. Refunds can take 5-10 days to process via Stripe, the payment system used. An alternative date will be found as soon as possible.
If the webinar panellists change
I will always do my best to secure a replacement panellist with the same or similar skillset and expertise. If you are not happy with the webinar before or after, please let me know and I will refund you.
Why does it take 5-10 days for a refund?
I use Stripe to process payments. As per their website: “Refunds can take 5-10 days to process due to the exchange of information between multiple parties involved in the refund process. Manual oversight, varying refund processes, and the number of parties involved contribute to the time it takes for refunds to be credited.”
